One thing to keep in mind is that you need to store this spice away from direct sunlight, or better yet, in a pantry. QUINOA: In the recent years, especially when people became more knowledgeable about the bad side effects of gluten, they have rediscovered this superfood which is a good source of protein, vitamin B complex, iron and magnesium.
